Our History and Legacy
Chapman’s Automotive was founded in 1985 by Carl and Fredonne Chapman, with a vision of providing exceptional auto care and creating lasting relationships with our community. Today, that legacy continues as Brad Chapman, representing the third and fourth generations of the Chapman family, joins J.B. and Paula in carrying forward the customer service and hard work that have defined our brand. Our commitment to excellence and a family tradition of service are at the heart of everything we do.

The Chapman family’s connection to the community runs deep, with great, great, great grandfather James “J.J.” Cathey having homesteaded nearby on The Great Divide in the early 1900s.
